Neo is a Sea to Sky local who has over six years of professional excavation and servicing experience. His areas of expertise include finished grade operating, rock walls, and limited access excavation. Neo loves road tripping, camping, and dirtbiking in his spare time. 

Hanna has extensive experience managing large scale projects across the Sea to Sky corridor. She prides herself in organization, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly. Hanna enjoys baking and reading outside of work. 

Ranger is our expert in boosting morale and keeping the team motivated. She's reliable, hardworking, and always up for an adventure. 

Toby is our quality control specialist who excels in the inspection of freshly moved earth. He may not run the equipment, but he's an expert at running the job site.
